MAKE-UP EXAMS APPLICATION (DC - DD UPGRADE REQUEST)
Dear Students,
The 2020-2021 Academic Year Fall Semester Make-Up Exams will be held between 15-21 February 2021.
Students willing to take the resit exam in order to improve their (DC) or (DD) grades must send the form sample below as fully filled-signed and scanned to our faculty by 16:00 on Thursday, 11.02.2021 via the e-mail address that belongs to the student number or registered in the Student Information System (OBS). In addition to applications made from a different e-mail address other than the e-mail address registered in the Student Information System (OBS), in accordance with the Law on Petition Rights No. 3071; unsigned forms also will not be taken into consideration.

NOTE: Students who failed with grades of FD or FF and those who did not show up for the final semester exam although they meet the requirements for taking the exam can take the make-up exams without the need to any application.
