3. ABOUT THE 2020-2021 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL SEMESTER FINAL EXAMS

Dear students,

Please pay attention to the following items in order to avoid any problems in the final exams.

1. Final exams will be conducted as the form of homework or exams on the specified day and time in the relevant exam calendar, per the planning of the instructor.
   Exam dates have been announced on our Faculty website.
2. Candidates must ensure they are accessing to the relevant course (team) page of the Microsoft Teams program at least 5 minutes before the exam start.
3. The student guides on the KLUZEM web page must be examined.
4. To avoid problems during the exam;

• Make sure you log in with your corporate (Student_no@ogr.klu.edu.tr) e-mail addresses.
• Take a place with a strong internet connection. Prefer a wired internet connection, if possible.
• If you have any hardware or internet problems, ensure to apply to the nearest university for computer and internet usage as soon as possible.
• If you are abroad, make sure to set your computer time zone to Turkey local time (UTC + 3: 00 Istanbul).
• Each exam should be held within the given time without any break. As of the exam start, nothing but the exam form must not be taken care of.
• Before the exam session, physical conditions such as the computer's charge and internet connection should be checked. Exam can be taken from mobile devices, but using a properly working computer is highly recommended for exam comfort and ease.
• Opening the exam in more than one browser may cause your exam to be cancelled. Therefore, open it from a single browser. (Chrome, Firefox and Edge are recommended)
• There is no counter showing the duration of the exam on the exam screen. Therefore, pay attention to the duration, start and end time of the exam.
• In case of a disconnection from the exam for any reason, re-entry can be made during the exam period. However, the exam period will not be stopped and an additional time will not be given.
• Having all questions answered, press the SUBMIT button during the exam period. Otherwise, your exam will be considered invalid.
• Once clicking the SUBMIT button, your exam is considered to be completed. No return will be allowed.
• If you encounter an unexpected problem during the exam, write down your problems in detail, including your evidence and send them to the lecturer of the course by e-mail.

5. Exam results will be announced on the Student Information System (OBS). Wish you success in your exams.
