The data of foreign students whose Turkish ID number field starts with 99 and whose contact information is fully filled has been sent to Halk Bank for the printing of their ID cards. However, even if the data has been sent, the students are required to apply individually to open an account with Halk Bank. Students whose Turkish Identity Number field starts with 98, on the other hand, must obtain a Turkish Identity Number starting with 99 from the Provincial Migration Management and inform the Student Affairs Department of our University, accordingly.
